The Misono's signature Wagyu banquet includes Wagyu steak, sushi, miso soup, Misono salad, Hibachi vegetables and steamed rice.
Shane Batchler will be hosting the evening and guiding you through a line-up of amazing whisky matches, all from Bladnoch, the only Australian-owned Scottish Whisky Distillery!
Whisky's on the evening include Bladnoch 10 year old (world whisky award winner 2019), Blandoch Samsara (silver award winner 2017), Bladnoch Adela (double gold award winner 2017) and Bladnoch 17 year old.
